Federal Acknowledgment

Our public comment period ends on October 14, 2025. After that we will be assigned a historian, genealogist, anthropologist and an archaeologist. The Federal Acknowledgment Office will notify us when we begin the phase I process.

We are continuing our hand drum making classes, if you would like to join us, please contact the tribal office.

If you know an elder who needs assistance please contact the office. We have several of our people that we check in on regularly. Elders are important to our community, help us to take care of them.
